Mobs and Masses, 2016 - 2020

 

This series is an exploration into what these abstract figures communicate when assembled into large groups.  By photographing mass quantities the formation of a crowd becomes visible.  When looking at this crowd I became aware of the fusion of individual minds into one collective mind.  Individuality of each is stripped and becomes absent.  Gender becomes irrelevant.  Physical attributes of each are now insignificant and carry no value.
